I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with great amenities like a second TV and a full-size fridge. My stay at Staybridge Suites had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, and having a complimentary laundry room was a nice touch. However, I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing, the lingering smell of carpet glue, and the issues with mirrors and the TV in the room.

The hotel offers a warm and inviting stay with a jetted tub in the room, pool, and exercise room. The customer service is exceptional, but the limited breakfast options can be a downside. The location is convenient, and the lack of hallway noise adds to the overall positive experience.
Despite the noise from the Aircon ducts behind the main bedroom wall, our stay at the hotel felt like home, providing a relaxing experience. The room, though not initially available as guaranteed, eventually became our cozy sanctuary. The staff's service was excellent, but at times seemed a bit abrupt. The location, despite being in an industrial area, was spacious and convenient for family events in Guelph and Kitchener. The dining options were satisfactory but ended early at 10:30 am.
